Grip: Match Ball Sponsors for Llanishen RFC

Saturday 18^thFebruary will see Llanishen RFC welcome current second in the table side Llantrisant RFC for a much anticipated fixture at Usk Road, Kicking off at 2.30 PM.

Llanishen RFC is delighted to welcome Grip as our Match Ball Sponsor.

Cardiff based Grip are a Personal Training Studio with a focus on functional fitness and promoting good health.

Grip offers:

Individual & Paired Personal Training Sessions;
Group Training Sessions;
Regular Classes (Including: Kettlebells, calisthenics, H.I.I.T, Bodyweight, Steel Mace training)
Online Personal Training Plans; and
Sports Massage Therapy on site to aid recovery and prevent injury.
