Original league opponents Barry sadly had to cry off due to a shortage of players, fixture secretary Ben Edwards was able to arrange a friendly with Senghenydd, who also cried off on the morning of the game, again due to a lack of players. After a few frantic phone calls Llandaff RFC invited us down to play a round robin with their scheduled opposition Old Illtydians. However on arrival we found Llandaff only had eight players, so in the true spirit of rugby the Llanishen players turned out for them. Well done to everybody who took part.
